Seminar Schedule

For the U.S. economy—and particularly the high-growth Texas market—to maintain its competitive edge, three critical and interdependent pillars of innovation must be decisively aligned:

  1. Productivity: Optimizing operational efficiency and translating R&D expenditure into tangible, measurable commercial results.
  2. Commercialization: Bridging the gap between lab breakthroughs and market adoption, with a focus on intellectual property (IP) strategy and scaling technologies.
  3. Innovation Culture: Cultivating a mindset within organizations that encourages risk-taking, continuous improvement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

A dedicated facilitator, selected for their expertise in the Texas ecosystem, will lead the discussion for each pillar. Their primary brief is to capture the best ideas, strategies, and actions shared by participants. These insights will be used to develop a series of "Discussion Papers," which will be published as part of the innovationCAFE initiative to influence policy and best practices nationwide.

More Than a Meeting: A Networking Experience

Every session is designed to foster deep connections. Each seminar includes a curated meal and barista coffee service, giving you an ample opportunity to network with motivated, like-minded leaders. These moments are dedicated to debating issues aimed at facilitating an environment where innovation—from the boardroom to the lab bench—is fully supported and encouraged across America.
